Demand Generation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, data‑driven Demand Generation Manager to turn audience insights, compelling messaging, and smart campaign execution into qualified demand and pipeline growth. You will own the end‑to‑end journey, from strategy through execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch multi‑channel demand generation campaigns (paid, organic, email, web) that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
• Translate business priorities and ideal customer profiles into audience segments, campaign concepts, messaging, and offers.
• Manage paid media on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, as well as email, organic, and web initiatives, allocating budget to maximize performance.
• Create campaign assets including ads, emails, landing pages, and LinkedIn content.
• Build and refine email nurture programs, audience segmentation, and conversion journeys.
• Analyze performance data, lead quality, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution to drive ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, progression, and alignment across the funnel.
• Identify new channels, ideas, and opportunities to capture demand.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on demand generation experience in B2B technology companies.
• Proven track record of improving funnel conversion and translating demand activities into pipeline impact.
• Strong content and messaging skills for B2B campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, creative, highly organized, and able to work independently.
