Data Center Operations Project Manager

About the role

Crusoe is seeking a Data Center Operations Project Manager to lead the physical expansion and operational readiness of its sustainable data center infrastructure. In this full‑time position you will coordinate complex deployment projects, ensuring that sites are prepared, cabling and physical layers are installed to exact specifications, and cloud infrastructure is brought online efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site readiness, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee facilities are prepared for equipment installation.
• Lead end‑to‑end project management for structured cabling, fiber, copper, pathways and containment rollouts.
• Partner with deployment engineers to monitor installation quality and compliance.
• Manage vendor execution from planning through testing and handoff.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure is deployed reliably to support AI compute workloads.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, highly organized professional comfortable in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Proven experience managing physical infrastructure deployments in data center settings.
• Strong collaboration skills to align cross‑functional engineering teams and external partners.
