Data Analyst – Product Analytics

About the role

Qodo is building the future of AI‑powered software development and is looking for a Data Analyst to join its growing data team. In this product‑focused role you will help turn raw usage data from thousands of developers into actionable insights that drive feature adoption, retention and overall product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day product analytics, tracking how developers use AI‑based code review and other features.
• Transform raw product and usage data into clear, consistent metrics that the team can trust.
• Build and maintain a modeled data layer to ensure repeatable analysis.
• Create and maintain self‑serve dashboards for product, business and operational teams.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to surface opportunities, support experimentation and inform product decisions.
• Extend analytics to broader business KPIs such as conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value and unit economics.
• Take analyses from problem definition through to concrete recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Data, Product, Business or BI Analyst, preferably in a developer‑focused or technical B2B product.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and building prompts, scripts or small agents to automate analysis workflows.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate data findings into clear recommendations.
• Solid business sense and ability to move between product metrics and broader operational KPIs.

Required skills

• SQL and data modeling in a data‑warehouse environment.
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) or BI platforms.
• Prompt engineering and automation using AI‑native tools.
