Data Analyst - Pioneer

About the role

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our Crossix Data Platform team. This position will own data analysis and quality checks to ensure high standards of our Pioneer product.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute user acceptance testing for Pioneer, including functional and data quality checks.
• Create and manage dashboards to track data KPIs such as volumes, breakdowns, trends, and platform throughput.
• Provide second‑level support for production issues and investigate data problems.
• Act as a liaison between analysts, product management, and development to ensure quality data products.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and maintain high standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Proven ability to work independently on analyses, understanding underlying data and business questions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience investigating data issues with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or a related analytical field.
• Self‑motivated, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
