Data Analyst

About the role

Appcharge is seeking a Data Analyst to own and define key product, business, and customer KPIs. You will turn large data sets into actionable insights that drive growth and improve the user experience for our direct‑to‑consumer app publishing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define core KPIs across product, business, and customer domains.
• Analyze usage, funnels, monetization, and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities and friction points.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, reliable visibility into performance.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to evaluate new features, initiatives, and experiments, measuring their impact.
• Deliver external‑facing data solutions, actionable insights, and industry benchmarks to empower data‑informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with engineering and data stakeholders to improve data quality, structure, and accessibility.
• Promote a data‑driven culture by translating insights into understandable recommendations for non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience in gaming or B2C user‑centric products with a focus on user behavior, conversion funnels, and feature performance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to simplify complex findings for diverse audiences.
• Self‑driven, curious, and comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
