Customer Success Manager

About the role

Daylight Security is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sale relationship for a portfolio of mid‑market to enterprise security customers. You will work closely with the founding CSM and a senior Customer Success Engineer to build scalable processes that enable the company to grow without relying on founders for day‑to‑day account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the post‑sale relationship for a portfolio of CISOs, Heads of Security and Security Architects.
• Lead onboarding activities together with the Customer Success Engineer, including kickoff, role and SSO setup, executive alignment and go‑live readiness.
• Own the regular customer cadence (bi‑weekly to monthly), driving agenda, outcomes and tracking action items.
• Produce executive‑level value reviews and board‑ready reports on event volume, MTTA/MTTD/MTTR/MTTC and business impact.
• Forecast renewals, track net dollar retention and drive expansion conversations for new data sources and services.
• Develop and maintain Daylight’s first customer health framework to identify churn risk early.
• Collect and convey the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing post‑sale relationships for mid‑market to enterprise security accounts.
• Strong ability to coordinate onboarding, executive reporting and renewal processes.
• Comfortable presenting metrics and business impact to C‑level stakeholders.
• Track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
• Analytical mindset to build health frameworks and anticipate churn.
