Customer Retention Manager

About the role

Join Blink’s fast‑growing FinTech team as a Customer Retention Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end journey that turns new app users into active traders, driving onboarding, activation, and long‑term engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise the onboarding flow from app download to first deposit, removing friction points and improving completion and conversion KPIs.
• Develop automated, personalised messaging to reactivate stalled users and encourage first deposits.
• Segment the 100K+ B2C customer base by trading behaviour, risk tolerance, product usage and engagement level using BI and analytics tools.
• Map customer journeys per segment, identify pain points, and deliver monthly insights to product, service and management teams.
• Plan, execute and A/B test targeted email, in‑app and push campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, including win‑back offers for at‑risk users.
• Collaborate with customer service to provide VIP care and support for high‑value accounts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (advantage).
• Proven experience managing B2C customer success operations for 100K+ users.
• Track record of leading customer‑focused marketing campaigns and journey optimisation.
• Hands‑on mindset combined with strategic thinking for scalable processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling content.
• Passion for helping customers succeed financially.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
