Customer Onboarding Operator

About the role

Plus500 is seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Operator to join its Haifa team. In this position you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, guiding them through documentation, verification and platform navigation.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new clients by phone, welcome them and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Provide clear instructions on required documentation, forms and procedures.
• Assist clients in using the platform and answer any questions or concerns.
• Accurately record client information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain professionalism, patience and empathy while adapting support to individual client needs.
• Handle escalated AML review queues and forward positive or potential matches to the relevant MLROs.
• Process incoming tickets from Customer Support and perform routine quality‑control checks on verification teams.

Required profile

• Academic degree is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• High‑level proficiency in English, Hebrew and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Service‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑learning ability and strong problem‑solving skills.
