Customer Enablement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Enablement Specialist to design and deliver programs that help our healthcare customers maximize the value of our digital platform, TERP. You will create training materials, onboarding flows, help‑center content, and adoption strategies that turn new users into power users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable enablement assets such as self‑service guides, video tutorials, in‑app tooltips, webinars, and certification tracks.
• Analyze user friction points, collaborate with Product to improve workflows, and measure the impact of enablement content on activation and retention.
• Produce multi‑format educational content in Hebrew, including written guides, video walkthroughs, and live training sessions.
• Build and maintain knowledge‑base articles using platforms like Notion, Intercom Articles, or Zendesk Guide.
• Implement in‑app guidance solutions (e.g., Pendo, WalkMe, Appcues) to support user onboarding.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer enablement, training, technical writing, or customer education.
• Native‑level Hebrew with strong English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure content effectiveness and iterate based on data.
• Self‑starter capable of building an enablement function from the ground up.
