About the role
The Contract & Procurement Specialist supports TAIRC by managing the acquisition of goods and services and overseeing contractual agreements. This position ensures that purchases align with quality standards, budget constraints, and organizational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Purchase goods and services while verifying that quality and quantity meet expectations.
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements.
- Track inventory levels, monitor supplies, and coordinate restocking activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and compare market options to optimize procurement decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
