Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a next‑generation logistics centre covering 100,000 sqm. The role combines traditional construction oversight with the integration of advanced automation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architects, engineering consultants, contractors and automation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project budgets, monitor risks and ensure adherence to schedules and on‑site milestones.
• Supervise construction quality, enforce standards and manage the interface between building infrastructure and automated equipment.
• Provide senior leadership with regular progress updates, reports and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex construction projects in industrial, logistics or infrastructure settings.
• Hands‑on experience with projects that integrate advanced automation and complex systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, engineering firms and design teams.
• Strong expertise in budget management, project scheduling (Gantt charts), risk management and project controls.
• Leadership, assertiveness and a systems‑thinking approach.
