Business Development Representative – German Speaking

About the role

WalkMe, an SAP company and leader in digital adoption, is looking for a German‑speaking Business Development Representative. You will work closely with Account Executives to open new business opportunities and expand WalkMe’s client base across enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling).
• Research and map target accounts, creating strategic outreach plans.
• Book high‑value meetings for Account Executives and qualify leads.
• Engage senior executives in prospect accounts and conduct high‑level conversations.
• Maintain an accurate, high‑volume sales pipeline.
• Evangelize WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform and AI‑driven solutions.
