Business Development Manager

About the role

Elbit Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for its FAS Business Unit within the Aerospace Division. Based in Haifa, you will identify and develop new opportunities both locally and internationally, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and identify business opportunities in Israel and abroad.
• Establish new partnerships and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Manage and lead system‑level business opportunities and campaigns.
• Collect business intelligence and conduct market analysis.
• Lead long‑term marketing processes and develop new markets domestically and internationally.
• Negotiate program aspects, including quality, schedule, and budget.

Required profile

• B.A. in Engineering, Technology or Business.
• More than 5 years of experience in large‑scale marketing and business development within defense and international markets.
• Mandatory military background in an aircrew position; rotorcraft aircrew experience is an advantage.
• Proven business acumen with a track record of successful negotiations and contract closures.
• Proactive, independent, and capable of leading cross‑functional processes.
• Excellent representation and interpersonal communication skills with a system‑level vision.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work non‑standard hours.
• High‑level English proficiency.
