Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join Appstock’s fast‑growing commercial team. The role focuses on generating new business, building strategic relationships and expanding our footprint across publishers, advertisers, agencies and performance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across publishers, affiliates, networks, agencies and brands.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to deal progression.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, challenges and monetisation goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep a transparent sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls and product discussions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Account Management to refine targeting and messaging.
• Provide structured market feedback to support product development and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to building scalable sales processes, playbooks and outbound frameworks.
• Track performance via reporting dashboards and communicate progress regularly.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, BDM or AE roles, preferably in AdTech, performance marketing, publishing or affiliate networks.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, native or near‑native English.
• Highly motivated, persistent and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
