Bookkeeper

About the role

Wix is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join its Finance team. You will work in a collaborative, high‑performing environment, supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations for both local and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Ledger in Oracle, including posting journal entries and adjustments.
• Handle full‑cycle Accounts Payable, processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval workflows, and ensuring timely payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and monitor collections.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations across group entities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and submit tax authority reports (VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
• Collaborate with Wix’s international accounting department for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist audit processes and maintain SOX compliance.
• Contribute to finance projects and ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 minimum (mandatory).
• 3+ years of proven bookkeeping experience; hi‑tech company experience is a plus.
• Experience working with Oracle is advantageous.
• Proficiency in a multi‑currency environment.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• On‑site presence 5 days a week.
