B2B & Channel Sales Manager – Cybersecurity (Israel)

About the role

Comsecure is seeking a results‑driven B2B & Channel Sales Manager to lead cybersecurity sales across the Israeli market. You will build strong relationships with resellers, system integrators and corporate customers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with resellers, system integrators and corporate customers throughout Israel.
• Develop strategic business partnerships and provide end‑to‑end support across the sales cycle.
• Identify, recruit and develop new customers and channel partners while expanding the existing base.
• Lead direct B2B sales processes with SMB and enterprise customers, collaborating closely with system integrators.
• Manage contract renewals, drive customer retention and prevent churn.
• Build joint business plans with strategic partners, covering pricing, go‑to‑market initiatives and value propositions.
• Consistently exceed sales targets and business objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience selling cybersecurity or information‑security solutions (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Endpoint Security, Cloud Sandbox and EDR technologies (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to manage a customer portfolio.
• Experience in cybersecurity distribution, system integration or IT (strong advantage).
• Excellent English for daily interaction with international vendors and partners.
• Experience with B2B and enterprise sales processes (advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship‑building and closing skills.
