About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Financial Controller to join our finance team at a publicly listed real‑estate company. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination while developing expertise in IFRS and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and Israel Securities Authority regulations.
  • Compile and file annual tax reports.
  • Support day‑to‑day bookkeeping activities.
  • Execute and monitor ISOX controls.
  • Handle ongoing accounting issues and queries.
  • Collaborate closely with external auditors.

Required profile

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
  • Internship experience at a Big 4 firm – preferred.
  • Background in the real‑estate sector – advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.

Required skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
