About the role
Our fast‑growing agrotech company is looking for a newly licensed CPA to join the finance team as an Assistant Financial Controller. This entry‑level position offers real ownership of financial reporting and the chance to work on cross‑company initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements together with supporting working papers.
- Act as the main liaison for external auditors during audit cycles.
- Produce financial analyses and management reports for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in organization‑wide financial projects and process improvements.
Required profile
- CPA license obtained after completing a full internship.
- Internship completed at a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized institution.
- Strong academic record, with honors or Dean’s List as a plus.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
