About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking an ambitious Android App Developer to join a talented team focused on building cutting‑edge Android applications and SDKs for converged radio and broadband solutions. The role is based in Tel‑Aviv and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Android applications and SDKs.
• Write clean, reusable Java and Kotlin code, leveraging generative AI tools where appropriate.
• Collaborate within a scalable mobile architecture that supports multiple developers without slowing delivery.
• Participate in the full lifecycle from concept to publishing an app from scratch.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in native Android development.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
