Analog High Voltage Design Engineer

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to design analog high‑precision, low‑noise and high‑voltage circuits for its Advanced Wafer Test systems. The role involves full ownership of projects from concept through integration, working within a multidisciplinary team that includes electronics, mechanics, software, firmware and physics experts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, modeling, simulation, lab testing, debugging and integration of high‑voltage analog modules.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware and physics groups to ensure seamless system integration.
• Coordinate procurement, assembly of components and identify critical part sources.
• Generate engineering analysis, test reports, documentation for product releases and verify development against specifications.

Required profile

• B.Sc/M.Sc/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on analog, power or high‑voltage circuits.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in analog precision, low‑noise, power or high‑voltage circuit development.
• Proficiency with ORCAD design tools and SPICE‑based circuit simulation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
