AI Native Creative Specialist

About the role

Moburst is seeking an AI Native Creative Specialist to join its Creative department. The role focuses on producing high‑impact performance ads and digital assets while embedding generative AI tools throughout the design workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑converting performance ads, social media content, and visual marketing assets for global clients.
• Integrate advanced generative AI tools from concept and mood‑boarding through prompt engineering to final high‑resolution visuals and videos.
• Continuously test emerging AI technologies, build prompt libraries, and refine creative workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual excellence across AI‑generated and hand‑crafted deliverables.
• Share AI techniques with the team and guide colleagues in adopting new tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a designer and video specialist in an agency or fast‑paced digital environment.
• Hands‑on daily use of generative AI tools for design and video production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals and AI‑driven advertising projects.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work flexible hours overlapping US time zones, and communicate clearly in English.

Required skills

• Generative AI platforms: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Weave, Higgsfield, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Prompt engineering for visual and video generation.
• Motion design and video editing software: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
