Act as a fractional CISO across our client portfolio, owning security strategy, governance and risk. For experienced practitioners with 4+ years in security, strong GRC depth and relevant certifications.Requirements4+ years in security leadership, GRC or consultingDeep command of NIST, ISO/IEC 27001 and regulatory frameworks (GDPR / HIPAA / PCI DSS)Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM or equivalent) and board-level communicationMonitor, triage and escalate alerts in our 24/7 SOC as the first line of defence keeping clients safe around the clock. A shift-based role suited to analysts with 2+ years of SOC experience and hands-on SIEM skills.Requirements2+ years in a SOC or security-monitoring roleHands-on SIEM experience (Splunk, Sentinel or similar) and alert triageComfortable with shift work and clear escalation under pressureLead investigations, threat hunting and incident response — the calm voice already moving while others are still reading the alert. For responders with 2+ years in IR, proven threat-hunting instincts and relevant certifications.Requirements2+ years in incident response or advanced (Tier 2) SOC workStrong threat-hunting instincts and host / network forensicsRelevant certifications (GCIH, GCFA or equivalent) a strong plusRun office operations, vendors, scheduling and admin as the dependable engine that keeps the whole team moving.
