About the role

Thing Or Two is looking for an Account Manager to join its Mobile Advertising Operations team. The role focuses on managing and growing advertiser and publisher relationships while optimizing user‑acquisition campaigns across multiple ad‑serving platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Grow existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns from integration to daily performance reviews.
• Create, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to meet or exceed client KPIs.
• Assist with technical integration tasks and reconcile client accounts monthly.
• Upsell additional services and build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
