Account Manager

About the role

Vetric is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with its existing strategic customers. The role focuses on understanding how clients use Vetric’s large‑scale public data infrastructure and ensuring they receive continuous value. You will act as the primary commercial liaison, driving retention, renewals and account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing strategic accounts as the main commercial point of contact.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and develop deep knowledge of each customer’s business and priorities.
• Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and drive customer retention and timely renewals.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain detailed account plans that align Vetric’s data solutions with customer objectives.

• Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze customer usage of data infrastructure and uncover growth opportunities.
• Track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering measurable results.
