Account Development Representative – Hebrew Speaking

About the role

MongoDB is looking for a Hebrew‑speaking Account Development Representative (ADR) to join its Tel Aviv team. This hybrid position is an entry point into a sales career, where you will help generate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential businesses in the region that fit MongoDB’s solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to design and execute inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation to qualified calls.
• Engage IT and business decision‑makers via phone and email, building strong product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity in Salesforce for effective pipeline management.
• Set up qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives and nurture early‑stage opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas and partner with Marketing and AEs to maximize wins.
• Invest in personal development to prepare for future sales leadership roles.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Native‑level Hebrew and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong time‑management ability, capable of working independently or with coaching.
• Enthusiasm for fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and cutting‑edge technology.
