Workplace Maintenance & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Maintenance & Operations Specialist to join monday.com’s Facilities team at our high‑tech office in Tel Aviv. In this hands‑on position you will ensure the smooth daily operation of the site, combining preventive and corrective maintenance with vendor coordination and employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot building systems and facility‑related issues.
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of fire detection/suppression, sprinkler, UPS, HVAC, pumps, water systems and related infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor preventive‑maintenance schedules and respond to operational needs.
• Manage service requests, create work orders, document activities and update the CMMS according to SLAs.
• Coordinate, supervise and monitor work performed by vendors, contractors and external service providers.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies and coordinate equipment procurement.
• Participate in office upgrades, operational projects and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Provide high‑quality service to employees and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance within commercial or high‑tech office environments.
• Proven hands‑on maintenance experience with independent troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, drywall, painting and carpentry/hardware repairs.
• Experience working with building systems (fire detection/suppression, sprinklers, UPS, HVAC, pumps, water systems).
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors and external service providers.
• Experience managing service requests using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
