Warehouse Manager – Technical Operations

About the role

We are a technology company developing advanced control systems and are seeking a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our technical warehouse operations. This hands‑on position focuses on day‑to‑day management of inventory, shipping, and internal logistics without direct team supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the technical warehouse on a daily basis, receiving components and goods from local and international suppliers.
• Maintain inventory records in the PRIORITY ERP system and perform regular cycle counts.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies and conduct periodic audits.
• Prepare and issue kits for production lines according to work plans.
• Pack and ship finished products to customers in Israel and worldwide, coordinating with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
• Maintain warehouse organization, order, and logistics locations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing a technical warehouse, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Full proficiency with the PRIORITY ERP system.
• Familiarity with electronic components and package types such as SMT, SOT, SOP.
• Basic understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Very good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized, accurate, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good Hebrew and English language skills.
