Warehouse Management Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Management Associate will oversee incoming inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth laboratory warehouse operations for Nucleix Ltd., a biotech company developing molecular cancer diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of all laboratory supplies and reagents according to defined criteria.
• Run daily warehouse operations including goods receipt, put‑away, picking, and shipment preparation.
• Manage inventory through the Priority system and conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
• Document inspections in the Orcanos Documentation System and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with QA to improve processes and address non‑conformities.
• Maintain constant supply availability for the laboratory and external facilities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and transport items up to 20 kg.
