Warehouse & Maintenance Technician (Yavne Site)

About the role

Scinai Biopharma Services is seeking a Warehouse and Maintenance Technician for its Yavne CDMO facility. The role combines responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory control, and equipment maintenance to support the production of chemistry‑based pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse activities, including raw material and packaging material dispensing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control in compliance with cGMP.
• Optimize supply‑chain processes (warehousing, shipping, material planning) to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead SAP improvement initiatives and perform logistics data analysis to drive process enhancements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse stocks and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality departments on supplier changes, non‑conforming product assessments, and quality system procedures.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods.
• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, Building Management Systems, HVAC, chilled water, WFI, compressed air, gases, and electrical supplies.
• Maintain spare‑part inventory, troubleshoot equipment issues, and execute on‑site repairs.

Required profile

• Relevant technical education (e.g., degree in a scientific or engineering discipline).

Required skills

• SAP implementation and improvement.
• cGMP‑compliant warehouse operations.
• Inventory management and control.
• Equipment and utilities maintenance (HVAC, chilled water, WFI, compressed air, gases).
• Building Management Systems (BMS) knowledge.
