Warehouse Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Warehouse Logistics Specialist to lead and optimise our logistics, warehouse and asset‑management processes. The role will be based in our Israel office and will support Nebius’ global AI infrastructure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve all logistics and warehouse management processes to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement asset‑management procedures that track the full lifecycle of equipment and hardware.
• Review existing logistics and warehousing workflows, identify bottlenecks and drive process enhancements.
• Set up and manage equipment certification programmes to meet operational and legal requirements.
• Onboard new partners and locations, integrating them into the logistics and asset‑tracking systems.
• Administer insurance policies for assets, handling claims, renewals and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate the sale or disposal of obsolete assets in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and report on key logistics and asset‑management metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or logistics project management.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems, ERP platforms and asset‑tracking tools.
• Strong project‑management abilities with a track record of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
