VP Product Management

About the role

Autofleet is shaping the future of mobility by helping the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers optimize operations and launch innovative business models. We are looking for a VP Product Management to lead and expand our product management team, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for transformative mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of product managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Drive data‑informed decision making and track performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Champion Agile product development methodologies across the organization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS B2B environments, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor product teams, delivering innovative products.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience working with complex enterprise customers and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business‑related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
