Video Education Manager

About the role

Riverside is seeking a Video Education Manager to own the end‑to‑end product education experience. You will be the on‑camera face of the brand, creating every tutorial video from script to final cut, and building Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product education strategy across YouTube and Riverside University.
• Write scripts, shoot, and edit all educational videos using Riverside’s platform.
• Produce high‑quality tutorials that simplify complex features for both beginners and power users.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure visual consistency and incorporate user feedback.
• Maintain and recommend technical setups (cameras, microphones, lighting) for optimal production.

Required profile

• Comfortable presenting on camera with a proven on‑camera portfolio.
• Ability to turn raw footage into polished videos independently.
• Talent for explaining complex concepts clearly without oversimplifying.
• Deep understanding of the creator and content‑creation ecosystem.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
