Vice President of Marketing

About the role

altshare is seeking a senior, hands‑on marketing leader to own and execute its global marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on expanding the U.S. market. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing will drive demand generation, brand positioning, and product marketing across a complex FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement global marketing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead demand‑generation programs to build a marketing‑sourced pipeline.
• Oversee SEO, paid campaigns, outbound outreach, partnerships, events, and content creation.
• Shape brand positioning, messaging, PR, thought leadership, and social media presence.
• Develop product marketing assets and enable sales teams.
• Monitor funnel performance, conversion rates, attribution, and marketing analytics.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve marketing efficiency and scale.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or FinTech.
• Proven track record targeting the U.S. market.
• Demonstrated success across demand generation, GTM, product marketing, and brand building.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to pipeline and revenue.
• Analytical, data‑driven, and hands‑on approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience marketing to CFOs, founders, VCs, or finance teams is a strong advantage.
