Vice President of Growth (B2B SaaS, Healthcare)

About the role

Hyro is seeking a Vice President of Growth to design and execute a data‑driven marketing engine that fuels demand, expands brand presence, and positions the company as the global leader in AI‑driven healthcare communications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end B2B marketing funnel for U.S. enterprise healthcare, driving market penetration, pipeline creation, and revenue.
• Establish a data‑driven cadence for resource allocation, KPI tracking, and budget prioritization.
• Align outbound, growth, product, content, and event marketing initiatives with overall GTM objectives.
• Provide executive leadership with market trend insights, competitive analysis, and buyer behavior data.
• Partner with RevOps, Partnerships, Product, and Sales to ensure marketing programs reflect revenue goals and product adoption metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead senior marketing talent while fostering a culture of accountability and experimentation.
• Build and manage an agency/freelancer ecosystem, deciding when to build versus buy capabilities.
• Develop analytics infrastructure (CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution) and attribution models to guide acquisition spend.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing or GTM leadership at Director/VP level in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably healthcare.
• Proven track record scaling marketing functions in Series C+ companies.
• Expertise in creative performance marketing, ABM, demand generation, and multi‑channel growth tactics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions across teams.
