Vice President Marketing

About the role

This executive position leads the global marketing function for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS startup. The VP Marketing owns Demand Generation, Web & Digital, Marketing Operations and the SDR organization, shaping strategy, building infrastructure and driving enterprise pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Build and scale a demand‑generation engine that delivers qualified enterprise pipeline.
• Own the full marketing funnel from demand creation to MQL, SQL, opportunity and revenue contribution.
• Lead web and digital initiatives, including website performance, SEO, conversion optimization, content and user experience.
• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns (paid acquisition, ABM, content, events, webinars, partnerships, outbound).
• Manage Marketing Operations: processes, automation, CRM, marketing automation platforms, lead scoring, attribution, reporting and dashboards.
• Recruit, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team and an SDR organization.
• Align Marketing, SDR and Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
• Oversee budget, resource allocation, forecasting and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success and executive leadership on positioning and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment (VP, Director of Growth, Head of Marketing, etc.).
• Demonstrated success marketing to enterprise customers with long sales cycles.
• Deep expertise in demand generation and building scalable growth engines.
