UX/UI Designer – Product Design

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Product Design team. You will transform product tasks into intuitive, user‑friendly, and brand‑consistent designs for a global audience, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and QA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct competitor research to identify market trends and innovation opportunities.
• Perform user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing on mobile and web platforms.
• Create low‑fidelity wireframes focused on mobile‑first design and adaptable to web.
• Design interaction workflows, prototypes, and detailed UI assets including icons, micro‑animations, and illustrations.
• Develop high‑fidelity prototypes and provide clear front‑end implementation instructions.
• Lead usability testing for native and web applications, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
• Ensure brand alignment and maintain consistency using design systems across all platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Quick learner, self‑starter with excellent communication skills.
