User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Ryze Beyond is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join its Tel Aviv team. You will lead high‑budget acquisition campaigns across major digital platforms, focusing on deep‑funnel conversions and maximizing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise data‑driven acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and other channels.
• Analyse performance metrics, run A/B and multivariate tests, and iterate to improve cost efficiency and revenue.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
• Manage budget allocation, monitor spend, and report on ROI against targets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new growth opportunities, and maintain relationships with platform points of contact.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably with global, high‑budget campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data using tools such as Pivot tables, Looker Studio or Google Analytics.
• Strategic thinker who can balance big‑picture goals with detailed execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
