UAS Operator and Instructor

About the role

XTEND is seeking a skilled UAS Operator and Instructor to train customers, provide technical support, and execute field operations for its unmanned aircraft systems. You will work with cutting‑edge Physical AI technology and help ensure safe, efficient deployment of autonomous platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead independent training sessions for internal and external customers on new UAS equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers in the field.
• Conduct demonstrations and represent the company at sales events.
• Participate in field testing and flight operations.
• Assist lab technicians with UAS maintenance and quality‑control during flight testing.

Required profile

• Operational experience with UAS systems.
• 1‑2 years full‑time experience as an instructor in the UAS aviation field.
• Experience with project or process management procedures.
• Ability to manage logistical operations and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Excellent English proficiency.
