Tour Operator – Groups & Incentives

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Tour Operator to join our Herzliya office. You will design and coordinate group travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, guided tours and activity scheduling for corporate incentive trips and group events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise group travel programs from quotation to execution.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers, prepare price offers and manage reservations.
• Handle changes, special requests and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor bookings, ensure accurate documentation and maintain professional customer communication.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations and finance teams to guarantee seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in travel & tourism, specifically managing group travel or incentive programs.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle inquiries, complaints and special requests.
• Proficiency in reservation management and familiarity with booking systems or travel platforms.
• Sales skills for preparing proposals, negotiating with suppliers and supporting client acquisition.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Herzliya and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a tour‑operator or travel‑agency environment preferred.
