Technical Trainer

About the role

The Global Product Training team at Nova is seeking a Technical Trainer to own product‑line training across the entire product lifecycle. You will combine hands‑on delivery with content creation, supporting internal teams and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and manage training programs for global audiences, including classroom sessions, on‑tool training, remote webinars and e‑learning.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as syllabi, presentations, video tutorials and edited training videos for new and existing products.
• Continuously update content based on product releases and field feedback.
• Collaborate with R&D, Service and System teams to translate technical information into clear learning assets.
• Balance time between delivering sessions and producing high‑quality learning content.
• Travel internationally up to 10‑15% of the time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science or a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in technical training and curriculum development.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, independent and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Electronics, computers and networking knowledge.
• Video recording and editing.
• Training development software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• E‑learning authoring (tutorials, how‑to videos).
