Technical Project Manager

About the role

At Aura News by Unity we build large‑scale content experiences used by millions worldwide. We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment and enjoys driving execution across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects across Product, R&D, BI, Monetization, and Operations teams, identifying risks and removing execution blockers.
• Configure and manage production flows, including version rollouts, configuration changes, and A/B test setups.
• Oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and clear tracking of results.
• Manage changing priorities and release schedules effectively while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
• Create visibility into project status, timelines, and key updates to support informed decision‑making and effective communication.

Required profile

• B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in Project Management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
• Fluent English is required.
• Technical orientation with familiarity of software development processes, data‑driven thinking, and AI‑based tools or workflows.
