Technical Project Manager

About the role

Lead the day‑to‑day execution of multiple R&D projects in a multidisciplinary environment, acting as the primary bridge between Product and R&D. Ensure seamless synchronization across hardware, software, and system workstreams while coordinating with external third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Multi‑Disciplinary Sync – Manage dependencies and timelines across HW, SW, and system workstreams to guarantee cohesive delivery.
• Execution Management – Translate high‑level roadmaps into detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, resources, and critical paths.
• Technical Oversight – Facilitate project execution from discovery to completion, using metrics and data to monitor timelines, bottlenecks, and workloads.
• Risk & Data Tracking – Proactively identify delivery risks early through execution metrics and KPIs.
• External Integration – Lead technical and operational coordination with 3rd‑party partners for strategic projects.

Required profile

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Experience – 5+ years of project‑management experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments, preferably in defense or RF systems.
• Technical Fluency – Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers and evaluate effort estimations.
• Cross‑functional Skills – Proven experience managing shared resources and external stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Methodology – Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; data‑driven execution tracking using tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project.
