Technical Manager – COMINT & Ground EW

About the role

Elbit Systems' ISTAR & EW division in Holon is seeking a Technical Manager to lead complex, large‑scale projects in the COMINT and COMJAM domains of ground‑based electronic warfare. You will own end‑to‑end technical delivery, work with customers in Israel and abroad, and operate on an international defense stage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and technically manage COMINT and COMJAM projects for ground‑based EW systems.
• Manage technical interfaces with customers in Israel and at overseas sites.
• Lead technical and professional reviews.
• Coordinate internal interfaces across operations, microwave, support and other divisions.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met.
• Participate in all project phases, both in Israel and abroad.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• Background and knowledge in electronic warfare and communication systems (advantage).
• 3‑5 years of experience managing technological projects or engineering teams.
• High‑level English proficiency, including strong writing skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad and visit customer sites.
