Tech Lead

About the role

RealPlay LTD is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to own the full stack of infrastructure, backend logic, and API design for its high‑energy gaming products. You will work closely with frontend engineers to deliver seamless, data‑driven experiences that delight players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NestJS.
• Build efficient data models and caching strategies with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Manage background processing and job queues with BullMQ.
• Collaborate with React frontend engineers to integrate features end‑to‑end.
• Own feature delivery from infrastructure to UI, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and shape the technical roadmap.
• Operate in a cloud‑native environment, handling deployments, configuration, and scalability.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis and job queues.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
• Proven ability to take ownership of end‑to‑end feature delivery, including frontend integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform.
