About the role

Upwind is a next‑generation Cloud Security Platform looking for a Talent Network Builder to lead relationship‑driven recruiting across the organization. You will own the full recruiting cycle, leveraging your personal professional network and modern AI‑assisted sourcing tools to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for roles across R&D and other functions, from sourcing to closing.
• Source proactively using AI‑assisted tools, your own network, and direct outreach.
• Provide a high‑touch, personalized candidate experience with clear communication and attentive follow‑up.
• Activate internal talent pools, referrals, and employee networks as ongoing sources of candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters in Israel, EMEA, and APJ to align on goals and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview management, closing).
• Established professional network built over your career, with relationships that respond.
• Relationship‑first approach, preferring quality placements over high volume.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology.
• Nice‑to‑have: background that naturally built a strong network (e.g., technical military unit, professional community).
