Talent Network Builder

About the role

Upwind, a next‑generation cloud security platform, is experiencing rapid growth and needs a Talent Network Builder to own end‑to‑end recruiting. You will use your personal professional network to source, engage and place high‑quality candidates across the company, ensuring a trusted‑advisor experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for positions across R&D and other functions, from sourcing to closing.
• Proactively source talent using a blend of AI‑assisted tools, online platforms and your own network.
• Prioritize relationship‑first outreach, reaching candidates through established connections rather than generic cold sourcing.
• Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience with clear communication and attentive process management.
• Activate internal talent pools, referrals and employee networks as continuous sources of candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams in Israel, EMEA and APJ to align on goals and standards.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer closure.
• Well‑established professional network built over years, with relationships that respond to outreach.
• Relationship‑focused mindset, preferring quality placements over high volume.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology.
• Nice‑to‑have: background that naturally generated a strong network (e.g., technical military unit, professional community).
