About the role

Port.io is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its global recruiting team. You will help shape the company’s growth by leading full‑cycle hiring for sales, customer success, marketing and operations roles worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of business functions across multiple regions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role strategies, calibrate profiles and drive hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans, engage passive candidates and conduct market mapping.
• Provide data‑driven insights to improve hiring effectiveness and support decision‑making.
• Enhance Port.io’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Up to 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or fast‑growing technology companies.
• Experience working within a global recruiting team and supporting multiple business functions.
• Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity.
• High curiosity, intelligence and learning agility to quickly understand teams and talent dynamics.
