System Integrator – Hands‑On Deployment Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on System Integrator to lead the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration and technical support of mission‑critical software systems for defense and national‑security customers. The role involves extensive field work across Israel and occasional overseas assignments, working directly with clients, end‑users and internal R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate and configure hardware, operating systems, network and security solutions at customer sites.
• Perform on‑site troubleshooting of system‑level, network and infrastructure issues under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with defense clients, end‑users and internal R&D/QA squads to ensure smooth handover and operational continuity.
• Travel 50‑60 % of the time to client and defense sites throughout Israel and occasionally abroad.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a System Administrator, System Integration Engineer or Field Deployment Engineer.
• Eligibility for Israeli security clearance.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Windows Server administration (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Virtualization technologies – VMware, Hyper‑V.
• Networking – LAN/WAN, Cisco and Dell switches/routers.
• Enterprise firewalls – Fortinet, Check Point.
• Endpoint security solutions – EDR/host‑based agents.
