System & Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a System & Infrastructure Specialist to join Comblack’s IT team. The role involves designing, deploying and maintaining the company’s server and network environment, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, manage and maintain IT infrastructures and servers.
• Administer Microsoft services including Active Directory, Exchange and SCCM.
• Design, deploy and support virtual environments using VMware vSphere, vSAN and NSX.
• Apply information‑security solutions such as data sanitisation, endpoint protection and secure data transfer.
• Document procedures and provide technical support to internal users.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system and infrastructure administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure (AD, Exchange, SCCM).
• Extensive hands‑on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Practical experience with security tools for data sanitisation, endpoint protection and secure transfers.
• Relevant professional certifications in system administration, networking or information security.
