System Administrator

About the role

Join a leading IT infrastructure team that supports mission‑critical projects for a defense organization in Central Israel. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and upgrading enterprise‑wide infrastructure while delivering end‑to‑end IT solutions across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and upgrade enterprise infrastructure components.
• Manage and optimise virtual environments using VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V.
• Provide comprehensive support for end‑user devices such as laptops, workstations, and tablets.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver reliable, secure IT solutions.
• Ensure high availability and performance of Windows Server services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as a System Administrator or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong background with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Proven experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Ability to script and automate tasks using PowerShell and/or Bash.
• Willingness to travel abroad when required.
